FRAGRANCE STORY

Just Like You, Who Will Eventually Have a Good Mood

"You will have to wait approximately 30 years. Yuja produced this way has a very different aroma." Yuja seeds take 30 years to sprout, grow into trees, and produce fruit. The smell of Yuja pulled after sea breeze and frost is hard to describe. The citrus scent is complex and flavorful. Something completed after a long wait has depth that's hard to get. Just as you will believe in yourself, protect yourself, and establish your own scent and appeal.

Fully Matured Energy by the Sea Breeze and Frost

When Yuja is harvested in November, Namhae residents wait. Yuja trees grow along village entrances, in Namhae's seaside highlands, and on bright yellow fields. Fruits born after a year of sea wind will soon experience their first frost and retain their profound scent.

Mood Water has November Namhae Yuja scent. The refreshing air exists with patience and wisdom. Bitter grass, amorous flowers, and spicy wood accompany citrus peel's freshness. Experience the mature liveliness of Namhae's breeze and frost at every minute of your life.

ORIGIN STORY

Namhae, Where the True Yuja Started

The fruit generally known as Yuzu is derived from the native Yuja tree that grows throughout Korea. Yuja originally began to grow in Namhae, Korea. Namhae's scent is kept by traditional farming. Namhae farmers mature and manage quality for 30 years after planting, never changing varieties for rapid production. A rich, deep perfume characterizes Yuja cultivated here in the sea breeze. The "real thing" cannot be imitated.

A Golden Achievement 30 Years Later

The Yuja tree was called the 'university tree' because one tree could fund a child's education. Waiting for the first fruit was long, but the prize was huge. This Yuja farm on a Namhae hill overlooking the sea was the result of years of hard effort and patience. Owner Mr. Ryu has been growing native Yuja trees in the rugged mountains since he was a teenager, sweating and soiling in hopes of golden fruit. After planting and managing thousands of Yuja trees, the plantation can cover a mountain in yellow during harvest season. The golden fruit of 30 years of waiting is stunning because it reflects the time and effort that went into it.

When the First Frost Falls

After the first frost of the year, the scent of mature Yuja spreads around the Namhae, South Korea's southernmost and most beautiful island chain, by the late fall sea breeze. We can soon feel the excitement and activity of the farm and village. The Yuja planted in the sea wind eventually receives its first frost, and its aroma intensifies; now is the best time to pick the fruit.

The relationship between Collins and Namhae, which persists throughout Mood Water, thickens like the aroma of Yuja in November. When farmers learn of the first frost, they take part in the effort and joy of the harvest, as well as the rich energy of Namhae, which remains unchanged this year.
